Jade Journeys is the gateway for LECORA™ practice, which is a new and unique type of rock and crystal healing. LECORA™ stands for “Lemurian Essential Crystal or Rock Applications”. It was developed by Jade Journey’s founder Dr. Skye Stephenson. LECORA™’s mission is to contribute to individual, collective and global well being, healing, and transformation at this critical juncture in planetary history through the potential power inherent in our sacred connection with the rock and crystal realm.

LECORA™ can be used for both individual and group work. Especially in the case of group work, LECORA™ can be a powerful means to promote collective healing and transformation through forwarding intentional “seed thoughts”. LECORA™ is especially effective for the following:

• Healing states of emotional distress;
• Releasing negative crystallized energy patterns;
• Relieving negative energy patterns caused by intentional ill will of others;
• Centering and stabilizing;
• Grounding;
• Visioning and dreaming;
• Energizing;
